Well-trained staff, breakfasts were reasonably good.
Had a very pleasant stay of customer service of that level hotel, everything was really good. The room we were given a free upgrade to was nicely decorated and reasonably large and included a private safe, a mini-bar, and central heating. Overlooked city. The property was in an amazing location just off Moroccan restaurant. It also was near everything.

Staying at The View hotel for two nights was a notable experience. The Superior Twin Room offered a comfortable environment, and the cleanliness was commendable. Breakfast each morning presented a good variety of options, and even when I arrived late, staff took my order without issue. A big thank you to Kawtar and Ali for their warm reception, and Moad handled a misunderstanding with grace. The highlight was the spa. I enjoyed both the Hammam and massage. I found it frustrating that all information in the hotel was in French was great. I felt welcomed, but language accessibility could be better addressed.
